The A350-1000 comfortably seats 366 passengers in a typical 3-class configuration and flies on routes of up to almost 7,900 nautical miles.

Qatar Airways, the launch operator for the A350-1000, is expected to receive its first, between October 2017 and February 2018; Cathay Pacific should be the second company to be served.
